I find great personal reward in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. My specialties are balance & movement, high intensity interval training, 3D Bosu Extreme, TRX, sports conditioning, metabolic circuits, strength conditioning, and women’s fitness including prenatal & postpartum training. I enjoy nutrition and clean cooking, obstacle races, snowboarding, hitting the beach, hiking especially out West, and being a mom. Focus and find your inner warrior.
